Neurodivergent-led — I’m autistic and have ADHD myself. I don’t just understand how your brain works — I live it. That means no need to explain the basics, mask your quirks, or tone anything down.

No fixing — I’m not here to make you more “productive” or “normal.” I help you understand your inner patterns, so you can shift how you feel and function — without changing who you are.
